With almost a decade of non-profit development experience, I have worked with a wide variety of organizations in the Seattle area. Experience includes: event management, individual giving, sponsorship programs, volunteer management, grant writing, Board Development, external communications, and rebranding.

Rise Up Consulting is me, Lauren Peterson, MSW. I use my Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington to approach non-profit development work through a social justice lens. I believe that we are all in this together, and each of your missions can help us live in a more just and equitable society. I want to help you rise up to meet your full potential as an organization so that together we can rise up and meet our full potential as a community.
