FUNDRAISING EVENTS
Do you need someone to help make your next fundraising event a success? I have experience in events ranging in size from a handful of guests to over 700 guests! From small donor events to large scale breakfasts, lunches, or auctions, I can help you. We can work together on all aspects from marketing and communications to Board involvement to actual day of coordination. I want to help you get your mission out there! BOARD DEVELOPMENT
Is your Board new to fundraising? Or do they just need a refresher? I've worked with Boards of all types--ranging from brand new fundraising Boards to Boards full of seasoned philanthropists. Each Board is composed of people with their own approaches and biases towards fundraising. Together, we can find a way to make each person feel like they are contributing to the well being of the organization. Boards are a non-profit's strongest asset!
STRATEGIES
Are you thinking about honing in on a Development Plan? This is a great opportunity to assess what you do well and what could be preventing your organization from fundraising really well. Based on where you are currently at and where you want to go, we can work together to create a Development Plan that includes measurable deliverables, action items, and responsible parties. I can even stay with you to help coach teams as they implement the plan. Part of this work might also include working on a marketing and communications plan. I've developed both types of plans from the ground up as well as worked on fine tuning existing plans. Wherever you are at in your planning stages, I'm excited to help you move forward.
